A boutique law firm is looking for an HR Administrator to join their team in a broad and exciting generalist role. Reporting into the Head of HR you will have the chance to get involved in all elements of the employee lifecycle as well as being hands on with projects and strategy!
More specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring all employees recieve an efficient and high touch HR service predominantly in London but with the chance to get involved globally. You will be assisting with personnel records, leading the new joiner process, supporting with the graduate and experienced hire recruitment process, run inductions as well as undertaking other supportive duties such as salary reviews, benefits and ad hoc project work.
