A forward-thinking corporate law firm is looking for an HR Administrator to join their HR Operations team based in their London office. In this role, you will be providing administrative support to the wider HR team and the firm as a whole. You will be a part of a high achieving and collaborative team that places a special emphasis on the development of team members.
In this role, your key responsibility will be completing the required administration needed across the whole employee life-cycle, from assisting the recruitment team with coordinating interviews, to creating and administering the leavers process. You will be responsible for keeping the internal HR system updated and for preparing reports for the HR team based on employee data. Due to the open plan office and the scope of this role, you will be able to gain full generalist exposure while learning all the necessary operations processes required to sustain an HR department.
As the ideal candidate, you will be operating in an HR Administrator capacity at a professional services firm or a recent graduate looking for their first HR role. Strong excel skills and the ability to communicate effectively are crucial in this role. Additionally, you will be an ambitious and proactive individual who enjoys working in a team.
The firm is offering between £25,000 and £26,000 for this role and there are a range of company benefits that will be available to you, once you pass your probation.
