Key Accountabilities

Manage the full Candidate and Employee Lifecycle and onboarding process from an HR Administration perspective including:

  • Supporting our Talent Acquisition team with sending out offers to candidates
  • Creating and sending out contracts of employment (Dutch-English)
  • Developing personalised induction plans with line managers

About You

  • Approximately 2-3 years HR Administration experience in the Netherlands
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • Fluency in Dutch, orally and in writing, is essential; good English level also required
  • Human Resources degree
  • Attention to detail carrying out key tasks
  • A commitment to quality
