Does working for an international food & beverage brand who have been the front runners in their field for over a century sound like a perfect opportunity for you?

My client is looking for an HR Administrator who thrives in a pacey environment and can work as part of a wider team and build strong connections between the various centres of excellence.

The brand is an international food & beverage organisation which has undergone recent change and has seen the HR function grow, opening up the opportunity for a new member to join their team. Working with integrity in everything they do, this role will support both the HR Manager and HR Director while being the 'go to' person for all HR Queries.

With around 170 employees within the UK, you will report into the HR Director while working closely with the HR Manager who will be your main point of contact, allowing you to live and learn the ways of the HR function and shadow an experienced leader within the industry. You will work as part of a wider team, regularly liaising with the Shared Service Centre as well as the other functions to ensure a seamless process, using your initiative to proactively manage your workload and seek constant improvement.

Working within the UK office, based in central London, you will be responsible for owning all communications, and ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner via email, telephone and face to face. Working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels you will have the opportunity to build your stakeholder management skills and gain exposure to Generalist HR.

You will have experience in working with an HR systems, Workday, SAP and Success Factors would be ideal but not a necessity. Being a dab hand at MI reporting, running basic reports will be easy for you, allowing you to communicate figures to internal and external stakeholders when needed.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail will set you up well for this role along with a proactive mindset and a reactive way of working.
