My client is an international logistic company with a global network which provides end-to-end solution for freight services all over the world. They are looking for an HR Advisor for a maternity leave cover for 6 months.

You will be a valuable member of the HR team and deliver direct support to the Regional HR manager (EMEA). The amount of key responsibilities you can support the HR Manager with is entirely up to your level, ability and eagerness to take on new projects.

The role comes with a broad range of responsibilities and will see you advise, coordinate and support matters such as Recruitment, On-boarding, Employee Experience, Learning & Development, Employment compliance, and HR Data Integrity.

With your attention to detail and organisational skills, you will bring structure to the team. Eager to learn and flexible to take on different projects at once, you'll be valuable asset. With your knowledge and experience with HR processes you'll have an immediate impact. You've worked with HR databases and HRIS systems (preferably PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors and Workday) before and your English writing and speaking skills are on business level.

The role is for 40 hours, near Schiphol airport for a period of 6 months. Salary is between 3200 and 4000 depending on the level of experience that you bring to the team.
