HR Advisor
My client a leading insurance firm are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a true generalist role that will require some UK travel to partner sites. Duties will include:
- Supporting the Business Partner with Employee Relations issues for your business unit including; disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence, restructure and terminations.
- Advising on employment legislations to avoid possible litigation against the company
- Facilitating the salary review process
- Rolling out new company benefits and policies
- Drafting and reviewing new and existing company policies
- Interpreting HR data to identify areas for improvement
- Support on imbedding a new HRIS
You will have:
- Previous experience as a HR Advisor ideally in the FS or Insurance space
- Strong understanding of employment legislation
- Experience of advising on a range of ER cases
- Experience of building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- A willingness to travel across the UK, when required
