With around 450 employees within the UK, you will be responsible for all generalist HR duties, providing a high quality, professional service to the organisation, driving the HR agenda through the management team and employees within the wider business.
You will provide Employee relations support and guidance to key stakeholders within the management tier, while acting as a first point of contact for any staff queries. By working closely with the recruitment team, you will ensure you are attracting, recruiting and retaining the very best talent in the industry, coaching and guiding managers on the recruitment process and assisting with succession planning within the retail teams. To ensure your team are always on top, you will design and deliver the relevant HR training to the management population, as well as having a creative input into the wider L&D offering.
This is a great position for an HR Assistant/ Officer wanting to take a step up, as you will work closely with the senior management team giving you support and sharing knowledge to boost your HR career.
