Are you an experienced HR professional thinking about the next step?
I have partnered with a leading, highly reputable retail brand, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying £26-28,000.
Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you'll be handling a variety of ER cases, getting involved with recruitment, and building key relationships. This will allow you to build your generalist experience and really immerse yourself in the organisation.
With employee relations, this will mainly be absences and sickness (short term and long term), which will allow you to develop your expertise in this area.
With recruitment, there are a high volume of temporary roles but you will also be liaising with a very well established Recruitment team. This will give you great opportunity to understand the organisation more, and understand the needs for each department.
Additionally, Excel skills and good knowledge of HR systems are essential for this role. If you're able to do pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, then that will be hugely beneficial.
This is a full-time role, so the working hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. There will also be occasional travel.
