Are you an experienced HR professional with a keen interest in international organisations?
I have partnered with a large, multinational oil & gas organisation, in their search for an HR Advisor. They are based in Central London and the role is initially for 12 months, paying an hourly rate of £19-20.
Working alongside other Advisors as well as the Team Leader, you will be focusing on global mobility, being the first point of contact, advising on policies and procedures, and liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
This will allow you to work closely with the rest of the team, and also liaise with other specialist teams e.g. Recruitment, Reward, and HR Operations. Building relationships is such a key aspect of HR, so you will really be able to develop this skill.
Advising on policies and procedures for your client group will allow you to develop your expertise and build upon your knowledge and understanding of the organisation. Given how large they are, being able to get to grips with their policies and processes will put you at an advantage in your career development.
A lot of the focus in this role will be on global mobility, and you will be managing the end to end process for this. This will allow you to develop your knowledge on visas, immigration laws, right to work checks, and eligibility to work.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR professionals, with 2-4 years' experience in the field. Additional languages are beneficial, but not essential.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
