I am delighted to work exclusively with an expanding professional services organisation to recruit an HR Advisor in Cheltenham on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and vibrant firm with exciting growth plans and opportunities to take on more responsibility.
You will provide generalist HR experience and be a point of contact for queries on site or across the organisation. You will be responsible for undertaking HR administration, managing the on-boarding and induction for new starters and updating policies and processes, learning & development and employee engagement. You will also lead on employee relations issues such as disciplinary or grievance, advising line managers as necessary and track sickness, absence and nonattendance. You will ensure all relevant changes have been processed in preparation for submission to the outsourced payroll provider.
In order to be successful in your application you will need generalist HR experience. This experience will ideally be gained within a partnership or professional services organisation. You have experience providing a generalist HR service and support to the business across, employee relations, recruitment, engagement, L&D, HR administration and HRMIS. You have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and are comfortable dealing with all levels of an organisation.
