Are you an experienced HR professional looking for their next challenge as an HR Advisor in a leading global professional services firm? We are working with a really exciting business for an HR Advisor to join the team on a 12 month FTC.
You will be responsible for ensuring a high touch, effective HR service is delivered to your designated client groups. This will include providing employee relations support (upskilling managers where necessary), leading on cases, mentoring HR Assistants, monitoring absence levels and acting as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders across the business. You will also work closely with the wider teams such as recruitment, global mobility and learning and development.
You must have experience in a generalist role, ideally within financial and professional services and the ability to build relationships across the business. You will have a calm and measured approach and strong initiative.
