My client is looking for an HR Advisor to work as part of this dedicated and professional team, collaborating with the wider head office and retail population with all things HR.With a mix of both stand-alone stores and concessions in 58 locations, this brand is growing organically with a global presence recently opening stores in the US.
With around 850 employees across the business, you will be responsible for all generalist HR activities for with the UK.
You will provide Employee relations support and guidance to key stakeholders within the management tier, while acting as a first point of contact for any staff queries. By working closely with the recruitment team, you will ensure you are attracting, recruiting and retaining the very best talent in the industry, coaching and guiding managers on the recruitment process and assisting with succession planning within the retail teams.
To ensure your team are always on top, you will design and deliver the relevant HR training to the management population, as well as having a creative input into the wider L&D offering. Adding further variety to the role, you will be involved in wider organisational design and change projects, working closely with key stakeholders to establish the business needs and offer advice. Experience with reporting will set you up well for this role as you will be generating and analysing reports, formulating actions based off key HR metrics and presenting these findings to management.
