Great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join this well known Australian business to support the HR Business Partners covering the corporate functions of the business.
Providing HR Advisory support to both Management and Employees, this role will also work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR General Managers on all cyclical processes as well as contributing to various HR projects as they are rolled out across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor who is ready to step up and take on more responsibility in a business that is constantly changing and is very future forward.
Previous experience within a HR Advisor role is essential where you are comfortable to provide HR Advice as well as contributing to large scale HR projects. Experience working in a large corporate business is advantageous.
This is a newly created role where we are able to look at either full time or part time options (ideally 3 or 4 days per week), based in Melbourne CBD. We are looking at $100k Package for full time, but with some flexibility for part time.
