What is the business all about? The business that you will be joining has been around since 1987, specialising in financial political and social public relations with all stakeholders in the media space and outside. The role itself is based in London and you will have the responsibilities of the employee life-cycle and helping to ensure that the HR operations of this business runs seamlessly. When you start in this role you will be working closely with directors not only in London but around Europe, supporting their respective roles and responsibilities. Your attention to detail will really set you apart when you're doing this role as a will involve significant amount of data so ensuring accuracy is going to be a huge part of your new role.

Your role as a HR adviser will be to manage the employee life-cycle through all the highs and lows but hopefully more highs! You will be managing the well-being of new starters ensuring they are feel more at home as time goes on. Your new role also means working with some of the senior HR employees in the business making sure that policies are being implemented properly, updating all HR policies in line with the current legislation and maintaining those important relationships within the business that ensure that everything is running smoothly.

Now, let's talk about you. In order to do this role to your maximum potential you will need to have completed CIPD level 5 and be working towards the level 7. The skills you will need to show to make yourself stand out from the crowd are verbal and written and being able to communicate clearly with a range of people from new starters, all the way up to senior management. A professional mind set is essential in this role. There is support for you in this role however, there are going to be deadlines that you will need to work towards and there could, at times, be a considerable workload but with the right strength and determination you can succeed in this role and enhance your professional development. Lastly, you will need to demonstrate that you can go beyond what is expected of you; going the extra mile is really going to make you succeed in this role.
