Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will be tasked with focusing on the Retail and Operations teams.
Heavily involved at all stages of the employee life cycle, you will be given great responsibility to ensure that local projects are run smoothly and the employee experience is being constantly improved.
The HR Advisor will have a broad remit, meaning that you have the chance to get involved in a number of facets of HR including recruitment, employee relations and welfare and benefits.
Previous retail experience will be very useful to your application.
