My client is a market leading organisation based in Bristol who are looking for an HR Advisor on a 12 month maternity cover contract. This is a great opportunity to work within a highly experienced HR team and support managers and employees across the Business.
As the HR Advisor you will provide a full generalist HR service throughout the organisation this will include national offices. You will provide commercial advice and guidance on performance management, absence management, employee relations, recruitment and talent management. You will take ownership of the end to end employee lifecycle working closely with the HR Operations team, Recruitment team and your client groups to ensure a smooth and effective candidate experience.
To be successful in this role you will of worked as an HR Advisor who is focused on continual improvement and best practice. You will ideally be CIPD qualified and enjoy working in a busy but challenging role. You will have excellent communication skills along with a solid understanding of employment legislation and up to date employment law. This role offers support and guidance as well as a great opportunity to develop your career further and make a positive impact across the organisation.
Salary is between £28-£32K depending on the experience you bring to the role. My client is looking for someone who is available immediately or within a month and ideally from a Professional Services background.
