Reporting to the Head of HR, the HR Advisor will be tasked with focusing on the Retail and Operations teams.
You will look to maintain strong working relationships with your senior stakeholders across the various retail stores in the UK, as well as this there is the opportunity to gain some international exposure with the stores across the globe.
Heavily involved at all stages of the employee life cycle, you will be given great responsibility to ensure that local projects are run smoothly and the employee experience is being constantly improved.
The HR Advisor will have a broad remit, meaning that you have the chance to get involved in a number of facets of HR including recruitment, employee relations and welfare and benefits.
