I am supporting an incredible not-for-profit organisation in South West London, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying up to £30,000.
Being part of a team of 5, your main remits will be being the first point of contact, stakeholder management, TUPE, and ER casework. This will allow you to develop your generalist skills and get involved in restructures and redundancies.
On top of the base salary, this role also offers 32 days' holiday, pension, and personal development and training.
This is a full-time role, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5. It is likely to be a two stage interview process.
I am looking to speak with experienced HR professionals who have knowledge or an understanding of TUPE processes as well as a good understanding of ER case management.
