Frazer Jones are proud to be partnering exclusively with a brand new client, to recruit for a newly created HR Advisor role. Our client is a leading property business that is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index. They have established a strong foot hold in the UK and Europe - positioning themselves as an employer of choice and the outright leader in their field. The business delivered strong performance in 2019 and as part of ongoing growth, are looking to appoint a capable HR Advisor into their London office to drive a commercial business partnering model across the business in the UK and Europe.
Reporting into an exceptional HR Business Partner and sitting in an HR team of around 10 people, this role will advise and partner with leaders across the business and will see you advising client groups across a number of regions. This role is focussed on the attraction, engagement and development of their people in these regions and will see you take the lead on HR projects such as: redesigning the onboarding process, talent and leadership development and leading on change management initiatives. You will also be responsible for the delivery of operational activities across employee relations, performance management and recruitment.

- The base salary on offer is between £43,000 - 47,000
- You will be entitled to a bonus that can pay up to 25% of your base salary
- 36.25 working hours per week

This role is based in the London office with periodic travel to other UK offices and occasional travel to European offices. We are happy to discuss any flexible working arrangements as the business offers a great flexible working policy.
So what are we looking for?
You will ideally need to bring at least 3-4 years generalist HR experience in a client facing role, within a commercial organisation. You will be CIPD qualified (or part-qualified) and you will have experience managing ER cases in line with prevailing legislation and practice. You must be able to build relationships and work effectively with a broad, culturally diverse client base. If you have worked on projects and have some experience in recruitment, even better.
