My client, a UK based not for profit organisation, are looking to recruit an HR Advisor on 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team and add instant value.
Reporting in to the HR manager and working in a busy team of 5 you be responsible for supporting circa 500 employees across a number of sites. You will provide generalist HR support and professional HR advice to employees and managers across the entire employee lefecycle from recruitment and onboarding, through employee relations and learning & development and project support. You will lead on all: flexible working requests, part-time working requests, managing the sickness process, advising managers on grievances and disciplinaries and generally becomming the poitn of contact for queries from the business. You will advise employees and managers on company policies and procedures.
A sizeable portion of the role will be to deal with conflict management and managing contentious ER issues and experience with these areas are a must. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a supportive, hard working team on initially a 12 month contract. My client is looking for a personable, empathetic, hands-on, highly organised HR professional who is confident and passionate about the high level of services they provide.
