Working with this leading mid-tier professional services firm as a HR Advisor, you will be assisting the implementation of HR plans to support the strategic objectives and operational needs of the firm. You will provide responsive commercial advice to Managers and Employees on all HR related issues, as well as assisting with the development and maintenance of HR guidelines and policies. You will assist in the talent management and resource planning of the firm, as well as identifying training needs and assisting the performance review process.
Previous experience in a similar role with exposure to advisory tasks is essential within a Corporate environment where exposure to professional and/or financial services is advantageous.
This 12 month fixed term contract is based in Melbourne CBD.
