As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Business Partner and will be accountable for HR activities within a site, service line or team. You will be responsible for the deployment and effectiveness of a broad range of defined HR processes and will support circa 300 headcount within the business. This is an extremely busy and varied role that will require you to handle day to day employee queries, support the recruitment process (leading on onboarding), participate in performance management activities and contribute to training activities and ad hoc projects. In addition, the HR Advisor will assist in Employee Relations matters, manage the administration of and adhere to HR policies and procedures(advising on compliance with key legislative requirements) and provide Data Analytics, communicating meaningful patterns that drive the organisations insights.
If you have solid generalist experience that includes employee relations, compensation and benefits administration and have the ability to interpret and analyse information this will be of great interest to my client. It is also essential you are studying towards CIPD and have worked in a fast paced and corporate office environment.
