My client is looking for an HR Advisor to support the HR Business Partner and the Bristol team, delivering on the HR plan and aligning this to the company strategy and values.
This is a broad HR generalist position within a relatively small team and will require hands on experience to implement HR policies and procedures across a range of disciplines including: resourcing, performance management, employee relations and supporting relevant regulatory requirements. You will also be involved in a variety of HR projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience gained within Financial or Professional Services in a similar role and be working to or have their CIPD. Happy to get your 'hands dirty' you will have broad HR generalist experience alongside delivering HR change management projects, be able to work and engage stakeholders at all levels and possess strong communication skills.
