My client is looking for an HR Advisor who can work as part of a small but powerful HR team, who also has the ability to work with autonomy and effectively manage their workload.

The brand is a global logistics organisation which recently undergoing an acquisition, placing them within the top 6 largest logistics brands worldwide, with the London headquarters serving Europe. Off the back of this exciting venture, they are now looking for an HR Advisor to join the team, supporting the business within a truly generalist role.

With around 350 employees within the UK, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders across the business as part of a wider HR team who have a passion for all things people. Reporting directly into and working closely with the HR Manager, You will work alongside another HR Advisor and an HR Assistant who all have strong knowledge of everything HR as well as the logistics industry, allowing you to grow your knowledge of both the industry and generalist HR areas.

Working within the UK office, based in central London, you will have a hands on approach to all aspects, supporting recruitment managers with senior hires while owning the end to end process for junior and administrative roles. You will be responsible for employee relations case work, looking at low - mid level cases and supporting with restructures and consultations. The employee lifecycle is of the upmost importance to the organisation, so you will constantly seek to improve processes and the journey from talent attraction, onboarding trough to day to day life with this global brand.

Due to the recent acquisition this is a new HR team so this role would provide a great challenge for someone who has worked in a stand alone capacity or for someone who has lots of autonomy within their current role. Stakeholder management is key, and with various locations internationally to connect with, you will build relationships and communicate with ease with the wider stakeholders in the business.
