Join this International Professional Services Firm as an HR Advisor where you will be responsible for coordinating all HR life-cycle processes including commencement, induction and staff movements. You will also provide support for annual talent, performance and promotion processes, as well as being involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives. In this role you will work closely with both the lateral and graduate recruitment teams.
Having experience in a similar HR Coordinator/Advisor level role is essential where you have high level attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks. You must have strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience working in a high volume environment.
This is a permanent role based in Melbourne CBD.
