As HR Advisor you will take responsibility of the entire life-cycle of employees on site from the onboarding of new starters, throughout employment and offboarding. You will be the first point of contact for the business for any queries which may include reward & recognition, mobility, contracts, employee relations or training, providing support and guidance to managers and employee alike. You will build effective relationships throughout the organisation at all levels and encourage managers to use their own initiative to form solutions. You will ensure that decisions are in line with current legislation while remaining commercially aware.
Ideally your experience will have been gained within a similar industry sector and working environment - manufacturing, supply chain, food production, logistics - having worked at an HR Advisor level with hands on employee relations experience developing resilience self motivation and confidence. You have proven experience working in a fast paced demanding environment and you are now looking to take the next step in your career where you will have the opportunity to influence, grow and develop. Alongside your HR Advisory experience you will possess great communication skills, understanding and problem solving skills.
