I'm delighted to be working with a retail/technology business on their search for a new HR Advisor.
The Retail HR Advisor plays a key role in ensuring all employees receive an efficient, professional and best-in-class service from the HR Department. Working closely with the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing an effective HR advisory service to the UK Retail business with a primary focus employee relations.
Reporting into the HRBP your key relationships will be with 8 district managers. You will provide end-to-end case management on high-risk cases e.g. gross misconduct, grievance, appeal, long- term sickness, presenting line managers with options, and associated risks and benefits . You will maintain an excellent and current understanding of UK legislation and disseminate this information appropriately across the HR team. This role has plenty room for progression and will see you getting involved with general HR projects as-and-when required.
In order to be successful in this role you will have experience working in a fast paced environment in a role with a strong focus on Employee Relations. You will be confident partnering, building and influencing relationships with managers. You must be highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
