An exciting role for an HR Advisor to work for a global law firm in stunning offices in the Sydney CBD.
Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for end to end HR operational activity, and work closely on HR projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment (end to end)
- Onboarding & offboarding
- Maintaining all employee files and data
- Running Inductions
- Working across state with key stakeholders
- HR projects & supporting the wellbeing programme
- HR reporting
Ideally you will have at least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role, in the legal/professional services industry. The ability to multitask and work with senior stakeholders is imperative, as is a great attitude.
