HR Advisor

Frazer Jones are working with a leading International Law firm who are looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor to their London team. This is an amazing opportunity for an HR Advisor to feel like they add real value in an inclusive and collaborative working environment.

The Role

As an HR Advisor you will play an essential part of the Advisory team, providing support for the fee earning population.

Role duties:

• Coach and advise employees on the diversity and well being agenda
• Provide support on aspects of absence management
• Support the diversity and inclusion manager
• Contribute on HR Projects
• Run employee relations cases for your client groups
• Working closely with the Reward team regarding renumeration process
• Partner with your client groups on their business plans and agendas
