My client is looking for a Human Resources Advisor, who is enthusiastic and highly organised, who will thrive working in a generalist role. You will enjoy the challenge of working with a range of diverse partners across the organisation, providing high quality and consistent people related advice and guidance.
They are looking for a driven HR advisor to contribute to the on-going development of the HR function. You will be working with, and directly supporting the head of HR for continuous improvement.
The role comes with a broad range of responsibilities. You will provide advice and guidance on HR policies and processes, provide analysis of HR and performance related information, you will lead on designated HR projects and work streams to implement HR strategies. In this role you will work on areas including employee engagement and coaching line managers on best practice HR. The HR team are small but multi-faceted and sit at the heart of the organisation.
You will ideally be CIPD qualified and will have broad generalist experience. Good written communication skills are a must as you will need to be able to deal with correspondence and convey complex information accurately. You will be often asked to write, review, implement and update policies and procedures and present your findings to the head of HR. The Team will rely on you for advising and support on HR related issues and providing credible solutions.
Situated in South London - Salary from 30k plus Excellent pension and additional benefits.
