Are you an HR Advisor who enjoys travelling as part of their role?

I am working with a fantastic organisation in the railway industry in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a maternity cover for 10 months on a fixed term basis and paying £27-29,000 depending on the experience you bring to the role.

You will be based in Peterborough predominantly, but with regular contact with the London team and occasional travel to Doncaster and Scotland. Day to day will involve providing advisory support to managers and heads of departments, particularly in regards to ER, casework, recruitment, and absence management. There has also been a huge recruitment drive with the organisation, so you will play an integral role in processes. This will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the organisation and play a really proactive role in the HR function. The HR Manager will also be a huge support to your initial training and development, as well as providing day to day support and guidance throughout your time in the organisation.

I am looking to speak with experienced HR Advisors or stand-alone HR Generalists in and around Peterborough, who are also happy to travel occasionally. Interviews are looking to be held as soon as possible, with a view for the successful candidate to work closely with the current HR Advisor as a handover period before they go on maternity leave.
