I am delighted to be partnering with this established and reputable organisation who together with their strong organic growth and recent acquisitions, are now a more diversified business with strengthened position in their market. They are looking to recruit a HR Advisor to support their ambitious team in the delivery of their HR Vision and strategy and develop their people related processes.

As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Manager and will support colleagues to resolve issues related to the employment and management of staff, whilst supporting employees with challenges relating to welfare and employment. Within your remit you will look after circa 500 employees. This will be a fast paced and varied role where you will be responsible for providing guidance and support with HR Policy and procedures, ensure employee relations are managed appropriately, build and maintain close working relationships with stakeholders and review and monitor employee records (maternity, paternity, sickness, absence). In addition you will promote company values, encourage engagement of others and will assist with various projects.

To be successful in this role you will have a HR Generalist background, be studying towards CIPD and be able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication skills and have the natural ability to ask questions, confidently challenge and influence to achieve the best results
