HR Advisor
Frazer Jones are working with an exciting a Boutique Financial Services firm who are looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor into their London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource professional to join a collaborative team within a fast-paced environment. The main role duties include managing the day-to-day HR responsibilities, including all HR processes and cycles, whilst working closely with senior leaders and line managers on people priorities and HR projects.
Salary is up to £50,000.
The Role
Working in a small HR team of 2 this role provides a full generalist remit and is integral the planned business growth over the next year.
Role duties
- Execution of the entire employee lifecycle
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Support the HR agenda and provide HR advisory services to the CEO
- Talent Acquisition
- Coordination of Learning and Development
- Contribute the DEI agenda across the company
Qualifications
- Covered a full generalist remit, minimum 3 years’ experience
- Must have financial services or come from a startup tech environment
- The successful candidate will have demonstrated and varied experience across a variety of environments and organisational structures
- Be adaptable, able to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Think commercially when making decisions and providing key HR support
