A short-term opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR generalist to support an HRBP and client group of approx 150 due to a number of concurrent annual leaves in the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of employee and workplace issues - grievance handling and investigations
  • Provide coaching and upskilling to line managers

Your Background

  • 4+ years' corporate HR Advisory experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
