An exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join the Employee Connect team where you will effectively identify and assess customer needs. You will be responsible for supporting candidates during onboarding, as well as providing accurate and timely advice in response to Manager and employee HR queries. In this role you will manage employee changes through the HRIS and work closely with the HR Partnering team to ensure seamless service to their business areas.
Previous experience within a HR/People Connect type department is essential where you have high level attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment. An ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across all levels is essential.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract role based in South Melbourne.
