HR Advisor – Global Professional Services

We are delighted to be working on an exclusive HR search with a leading global professional services firm who are looking to appoint a Human Resources Advisor. As a firm, they have continued to enjoy growth and remain a top tier firm with an excellent reputation within their industry.

As HR Advisor, reporting into a HR Manager, you will operate in a broad HR Advisor position within a highly collegiate and collaborative APAC HR team. You will work closely with the business and provide them with a proactive and consultative advice for the Singapore office as well as working with the regional team. You will be responsible for recruitment activities, succession planning, streamlining HR processes, revamping HR policies, employee relations, coming up with new HR initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable engaging with the senior leaders on a strategic level and be able to build strong relationships across the business. You will have experience operating in a global corporate environment, dealing with stakeholders regionally and internationally.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity for someone looking to step up into an advisory HR position within a large corporate international environment.
