I am delighted to work with an internationally recognised, credible, forward thinking professional services organisation in Birmingham to recruit a Senior HR Advisor/ HRBP on a 12 month contract basis.
You will be responsible for supporting two sites regionally, partnering with management teams to deliver advice and undertake generalist HR activities, supporting the regional Senior HRBP.
This is a hands on operational HR role where you will be the first point of contact with any queries form both sites. You will operate as a true HR Generalist in a business partnering capacity, supporting managers with people issues and managing casework. You will support the business with interventions and initiatives to up-skill, coach and develop employees along with supporting manager through annual salary reviews, appraisals, promotion reviews and reporting. This organisation are fast moving and decisive and believe in an emphasis in prevention, early intervention and risk management therefore quick decisions are necessary.
To be successful in your application you will be able to demonstrate solid experience of working as a Senior HR Advisor or HR Business Partner within professional services or white collar engineering/ construction. You are immediately available, or available to start this contract at short notice, and you CIPD-Qualified or studying towards a qualification. You have excellent communication skills, highly organised and have the ability to engage and influence at all levels. You will be credible in your approach and knowledge allowing you to build and develop excellent stakeholder relationships.
