A multi-billion dollar US-based business are looking for an HR Analyst to help them analyse data across the HR function - from recruitment to attrition data, including diversity statistics and reward calculations. The firm are award-winning and leaders in their field.
You will report directly into the senior HR leadership team, providing them with data to enable them to advise on crucial business decisions. They are working on a number of projects in HR and your workload will be incredibly diverse - no two days will be the same. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the business and your work will have a real impact.
Your experience of analysing data across the HR function will be a huge benefit to my client. Your advanced Excel skills and attention to detail will enable you to help the business understand recruitment, ER, reward, absence, attrition and other people data, and you will be the go-to person for HR data queries. Experience of using Workday would be really beneficial to the firm, but they are open to seeing candidates who have not used it - this could be an opportunity to gain your first exposure to this leading HRIS. You will need to be able to make data tell a story and present to senior stakeholders, enabling them to understand what the data is telling them.
The business are committed to diversity and inclusion, in the way they treat both their staff and their customers. They take a caring and customer service-focussed approach, and have a high-performance and high-standards culture.
I specialise in placing HR Analytics and HR Systems professionals. We have been engaged exclusively to recruit this role, my client are keen to recruit quickly and I will be able to arrange rapid introductions to them for suitable candidates.
