Join this Global Organisation as HR Analyst where you will support the HR function ensuring compliance through analysis, reporting and advice covering HR and Payroll.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Analytics and Reporting - monthly and adhoc reporting on turnover, retention, engagement, diversity, etc as well as supporting the Remuneration Review process with analytics and benchmarking.
- Payroll Management - coordinate the payroll process with external payroll provider for fortnightly and monthly pay runs covering salaried, EBA and Award employees, maintain systems and all associated.
- HR Administration - contract generation, induction process, on/off-boarding and maintain employee records.
