Join this Financial Services Organisation as HR Analyst where you will be responsible for creating reports, managing people data and providing analysis to support the Senior Leadership team and align to the overall business strategy.
You will work closely with the HR Director and Senior HR Leaders to ensure all people related data and reporting is accurate and delivered on time, including reporting on monthly KPI's, leave management, headcount, engagement, diversity, organisational charts and all ad-hoc reporting. This role is also responsible for all HR information and records including system input and providing system training.
Experience in a similar role is essential where you are analytically minded with high level attention to detail. Experience with Chris21 and ELMO is advantageous.
