An internationally renowned UK leading charity, based in the stunning Surrey countryside, are looking to recruit a Workforce Analyst to join their growing HR team on a 12 month fixed term contract. It's an exciting time to join the organisation as they are implementing a new HR & Payroll system and have a big agenda for data analytics across the organisation.
You will be responsible for developing engagement of the HR system and you will provide analyses and insights into the workforce management information to support the organisations goals and strategy. You will play a pivotal role in setting the standard for Management Information Analysis going forwards. Where necessary you will also need to manage and maintain the existing management information systems and conduct data migration into the new system.
If you are interested in getting involved in Reward, then this is the systems role for you, as you will also support the Head of Business Partnering in the delivery of the annual pay benchmarking, pay review analysis and preparation of the pay manager briefings. You will also get the opportunity to lead on the Gender Pay Gap analysis.
You will be an enthusiastic individual with expertise in Management Information Analytics and HR Systems.
