Are you a Human Resources Systems and Data Analytics professional looking for your next challenge? Do you have a solid understanding of how HR Systems work, and good experience of HRMI and People Analytics? A leading central London professional services firm are seeking an HR Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
You'll provide regular and ad-hoc MI reports and get involved in a number of data projects, including gender pay gap reporting and reward and benefits. You will build dashboards and present data to the business, ensuring that they are able to make effective decisions. You will support the HR systems team with queries and system configuration.
Your advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and vlookups will be heavily relied upon, and experience of VBA, macros or reporting tools will allow you to have a real impact on the role. Your previous experience of pulling data and reports from a hosted HR System will enable you to get to grips quickly with the role, and any experience with SelectHR, Engage ATS, Cornerstone or Crystal Reporting would be highly beneficial. Experience of working in the professional services sector is desirable but not essential, and it's more important that you have the right mindset. If you're analytical, logical, and like understanding how systems and data fit together, this is the job for you.
