A global Financial Services firm in a great location in the City are looking to recruit a Human Resources Information Analyst to join their growing HR team into a standalone HRMI role. The organisation are implementing a new HRIS system and are seeking an HR Analyst to support in operational HR matters as well as design and delivering the HRMI, analytics and reporting.
You will be reporting directly into the Head of International HR and will be responsible for the whole HRMI, analytics and reporting function internationally. You will support several key teams across the business and there will be a focus on process improvement and automation of processes surrounding the HRMI data. You will also develop expertise across all relevant HR Systems to ensure that information can be quickly retrieved for analysis. You will support in annual deliverables when required across talent review, pay and performance management. You will also play a key role in deciding how HR information can be used to implement strategy around several HR initiatives and projects.
It will be a varied role with no two days the same, which will require excellent communication skills as you work across several key teams in the business based in the UK and internationally. You will be an enthusiastic individual with expertise in Management Information Analytics and an excellent communicator.
