One of Australia's leading financial services firms has an immediate, short-term opportunity available within their Remuneration and Benefits team. Due to an influx of work as the year end approaches, the role will provide dynamic support to the team of three, reporting to the Rem & Bens Manager.
Key projects to support include:
- Review of salary and bonuses to be paid
- FBT eligibility reporting
- WGEA reporting
- Impact modelling and costing for proposed rem policy changes
The successful candidate will have functional HR knowledge and strong analysis skills. Experience working with rem data is preferred though not essential. Strong Excel and Microsoft Office is a must.
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension
