HR Analyst
Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with a global professional services firm based in the heart of London. This business is going through an exciting period of growth both via organic growth plus mergers and acquisitions. The HR function is looking for a HR/People Analyst to join their growing people analytics team. You’ll report to the People Analytics Manager and also work very closely with the HRIS Workday team.
As the HR Analyst you will be responsible for reporting and providing analytics and insights on all people/HR related data for the global business. This is a fast-paced international business where you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders at all levels to present your data insights through effective data management and analytics. You will support with data quality and governance which will support with their global deployment of Workday. You will also be maintaining and implementing analytical tools across HR. Working with the team, you’ll ensure awareness and appropriate processes to improve data integrity and support with the implementation of policies and operating procedures to improve data handling and management for the most effective reporting. You’ll look at a variety of people data which could include ED&I information, headcount analysis, organisational/workforce development, recruitment and attrition rates.
To be considered for this role you must have experience working in data analytics and reporting, be a competent user of Excel and have ideally used various reporting tools such as PowerBI or Tableau. You must be passionate about working with data, with a keen eye for detail and an analytical problem-solving mindset. You should have effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders and you should be confident and creative to bring ideas to the table and add value to the team. Ideally, you will be a graduate and it’s a bonus if you’ve worked in consulting. Ideally, you will have worked with HR/people data in previous roles, but a strong business analyst (or similar) will be considered. The role will offer £38-50k plus a bonus and a highly competitive suite of benefits. The business is based in central London and is offering hybrid working.
