Are you a junior HR Analyst, looking for the next step in your career? Do you want to work for an exciting travel and tourism brand? In this role you'll support on a number of transformation projects, analyse data and present your findings to senior stakeholders, and work with colleagues spread all over the globe. This six month contract (with a good possibility of being extended to 12 months) will give your CV the boost that you're looking for.
The business is undergoing a period of change and has a number of projects where they'll need your help, to interpret their People data and provide insights that they can use. This could be anything from analysing their recruitment data to see where they are attracting candidates from, to pulling data from multiple payroll systems in a dozen countries so that managers can understand their salary costs.
You will use Excel to Advanced level to collate and analyse data, and use PowerPoint and other tools to enable data insights to be communicated in a clear manner. You'll maintain the businesses existing process as well as using your innovation and creativity to suggest process improvements where you can.
In addition to excellent analytical skills, you'll also need to have some exposure to working in HR or People Analytics, be comfortable working with senior staff, and able to deal with multiple priorities.
