Are you a Human Resources Systems? Have you implemented new systems and migrated data? Do you have experience of financial services compensation analytics? If the answer to all of the above is "Yes!", and you want to work for an international bank with a respectful and supportive culture, this might be the new job you've been looking for.

Your new company is a bank in the City of London. Traditionally a very reserved environment, the HR department has been reinvigorated and has implemented strategies to create a more progressive culture. You'll need to be a high-performing professional, but can expect a warm and supportive team. The bank operates globally and your role will look after a European population of around 1,500.

The bank are migrating from Oracle to SuccessFactors, and are aiming to go live in January 2019. You will act as the system administrator for SuccessFactors and help the bank to bring four modules online: Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruitment and LMS. You'll work with the IT team to keep the system updated and conduct UAT testing. You will analyse and manipulate HR data, including end of year reporting and gender pay gap reports. Most of the analytics are UK-centric but there will be a wider scope once SuccessFactors has been implemented. You'll work closely with the Business Partners to make sure that the HR data is telling a story. You will also be involved heavily in analysing compensation data and helping with the data side of benchmarking and job evaluation.

You will need to be highly analytical and be used to analysing and manipulating HR Data, as well as interpreting it and offering up the intelligence behind it. You must have experience of a benchmarking survey methodology, preferably McLagan. You must have experience of working with wide compensation ranges, preferably from a financial services background. You must have HR Systems migration experience, and experience of Oracle or SuccessFactors would be highly beneficial.
