A fast-growing financial services firm is looking for an HR Analyst, System and Reporting

Reporting to the Vice President, HR, the Analyst will be responsible for the following but not limited to:

  • providing HR reporting support and managing confidentiality of data
  • translating requirements into effective dashboards and reports that enable information sharing
  • determining what data should be selected and evaluated to address and track HR mandates
  • providing support to different HR counterparts in generating reports in timely manner
  • proactively applying analytic and research skills to monitor trends
  • taking ownership of maintaining HRIS data through development of audit reports and ensure compliance
  • supporting data migration to a cloud-based system
  • maintaining documentation of HCM and reporting processes and training guides for end users

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' work experience in HR Analytics, Reports, and HRIS
  • High proficiency in both spoken English and Cantonese
  • High proficiency in HR Systems, Excel and general Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work interdependently and meet tight deadlines
