Are you an HR Analytics expert? Do you want all the benefits of working for an established business, with the flexibility of working for a start-up? We are recruiting a Human Resources Analyst to take the lead in People Analytics for our client, who are spinning part of their business off into a new venture. You'll benefit from working with great historical brands and the freedom to make the role your own. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in Central London.
You'll provide regular reports and analytics to the HR Director across the HR function, including recruitment, reward and performance. You'll be a Workday super user - maintaining data, fixing issues and supporting line managers to make the most of the system. In addition to the day-to-day work you'll also have the opportunity to support on a number of projects including compensation reviews.
The team is new, agile and lean, so you'll need to have a dynamic, flexible attitude and be willing to hit the ground running. You'll need advanced Excel skills to analyse and manipulate data, ideally including VBA and macros. You should have great HRIS knowledge, and experience of using Workday would be highly beneficial.
This is a really exciting opportunity so apply now, or get in touch for a confidential discussion.
