HR Analytics & Compensation Director
~140-180k base salary plus bonus
Our client is a leading growth equity firm partnering with a global portfolio of emerging businesses. They are seeking a HR Analytics & Compensation Director, based in their Midtown Manhattan office, who will drive all reporting, analysis and presentation of people-related data (attrition, diversity, performance, compensation, etc) in addition to managing comp processes. This is an exceptional stand-alone position reporting directly to the Head of Global HR.
Relevant backgrounds for this role will include a track record of excellence around HR data analytics, including expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (or related presentation programs), strong quantitative skills and the ability to translate date into meaningful insights. Successful candidates will be those who can navigate both the complex manipulation of data and the extrapolation of the bigger picture impacts for the HR function and the business, who marry an analytical mindset with a propensity for collaboration. Experience in compensation is highly desirable. Ideal profiles will include substantive experience in financial services and/or technology environments.
